What apps are available on these small boxes,

I need ITVx and now tv, prime and Netflix.

I've ordered a box but some say now app isn't available, is this true or....

If so I'll have to return it,

Yes it's from talktalk, so should have the Now tv app pre-installed 🤔

Netgem boxes via retail do not support NOW TV at present as far as I am aware. If you have ordered the TalkTalk variant 4K box then you will be fine.
