Hi
I have just renewed my fibre 150 with TT and they want to send me out a 4k TV Box, but having tried one of these before I think I would hugely prefer the TT TV Hub instead (fewer channels, which is fine and Google / Android based which works for me much better!)
Is there a chance this could be sent to me as an alternative please, and how do I best contact TT to request this (or can TT staff request this on my behalf from here please?)
I would be very happy if this could be done, thank you in advance

Thank you for the super quick reply, although that is a real shame for the moment.
If anyone has one they might want to sell, I'd be interested of course (presumably that's allowed?)

The TV Hub is currently only issued to new FTTP customers at the moment and cannot be ordered for existing of FTTC/G.Fast customers.
There are plans to open this up to existing customers in the near future, but at this time, we are physically unable to order the TV hub for your account.
