Depending on the billing cycle, the full adjustments may not show correctly until the next bill is produced.

Could you also look into my billing as the last bill does not relate to my new renewed contract £36.50 [28/9/2024]
Also when I chased the first tv hub the member of staff stated that they would refund the p&p on the hub, which I think was £5, this is not shown on my billing also.
Really appreciate your help 👍
