Had box a number of months - it is constantly goingnout of sync and losing channels.
We have tried everything - replacong cables, rebooting, checking firmware, reboot, power off and leave for 30 minutes and reboot.
Sound issues usuallybreturm afyer short period of time and channels are often blotchy or vanish.
There were no issues with our previous TalkTalk TV box that you replaced a while ago so we could get tv X.
TV via Talktalk is virtually unwatchable and box is clearly not fit for purpose. We have gone through customer support and it makes no dofference bit just wastes long periods (hour plus) of our time.
