TV remote not working properly

Hi, I've had Talktalk TV for a couple of months and the remote has been working fine until yesterday. Now the only buttons that are working are the power, volume and the Google assistant button. All other buttons are not working. I can see that the box is registering that they have been pressed, but nothing happens when I press them. I've tried replacing the batteries, resetting the remote and turning the box off at the wall, and back on again. So far nothing has worked. Please could someone help.

Hi,

 

The last thing to try is to reset the box to factory settings.

 

If there is a bug this will clear it.

 

You can find reset in the settings menu under devices I think.
