Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.
Thank you

I've also had this problem but it's intermittent & with ITV & some other channels? Have retuned but this hasn't solved the problem?

Had the same issue, BBC1 disappeared completely, channel guide starts from channel 2.
Tried rescanning and anything else I could think of.
Disconnected the aerial to try direct in the smart TV and BBC1 was showing there. Put aerial back in the TalkTalk box and BBC1 was now showing again.
Not sure why it disappeared and no idea why disconnecting the aerial might immediately bring it back, but it worked for me.

Which box do you have?
What happens if you put the aerial directly into your TV? Do you get the channels?
If you retune your TV do you lose them?
Please let us know so we can advise further.
Thank you.
