Last two weeks - some recordings 'failed to record' - recordings freeze and pixelate - picture occasionally freezes so have to reset box - using remote to box running very slow - have re-set box with no gain ... router fine and fast ... Do I presume the talktalk box is now faulty? ...

TalkTalk have not provided these boxes for over 4 years and these are now unsupported.
you can try a Youview Maintenance Reset but if that fails there is nothing more that can be done.

Shows HUAWEI DN372T ... would that be it? ... when giving up on the recording can switch to iplayer and no problems ...
