Hi we have lost Internet and home phone and have a red LOS light we have restarted router, checked the connections is there anything else we can try?

Hi yes that is my number but the phone li e is also down along with the UFO we are currently awaiting an engineer between yesterday and tomorrow

They said the fibre optic cable has broken somewhere between our house and the junction box and it could be 2 weeks this isnt good as we have no house phone either i am on the vulnerable list due to medication plus we have 2 school children who can't do school work
