Billing error

I have been charged £75 for a service call out earlier in the March. When the service engineer called to fix the problem he said I would not be charged because it was a service fault. It states this also on my account but they still got the money from my account. Can someone help please.

I can see that a credit has been raised on your account, you can request a refund via My Account in the next few hours.

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind with the extended Bank Holiday weekend almost upon us it that it may be a few days.
