My last payment to TalkTalk was taken on 27th September 2024 shortly after which I left TalkTalk for Virgin. Recently I've been trying to get a refund because my account is in credit but it's impossible to get a result. When you press the Get a Refund button the timing circle starts turning and never stops. There's no communication as to what will happen next, no information, just a turning circle that goes on forever.
What can I do?

Thank you Divsec, changing browser worked. I've now had an email from TalkTalk confirming that they're reviewing my request.
