Hello

 

I was promised a credit as automatic compensation over a week ago, I was told the credit would be applied immediately.

To date nothing has been paid in to my account.

Could someone please advise?

This issue has rumbled on since September 2024, so thank you for looking into it for me.

The normal timescales for auto compensation are set out here:

If it has been more than 30 days after the event then the support team will advise further when they are back online from Monday.
