I have received an email from yourselves saying I have cancelled my direct debit,  but I have not 

please could you look in to this for me please

Follow the link I provided and set up a new one.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. what do I need to do as it’s not showing as cancelled on my bank account

It is showing as cancelled 

 

 

There is no indication of why is it cancelled.

You can check this within My Account and if it has been deleted for some reason set it up again following the links
