I've been migrated from Shell but cannot view any details of my service.
I was a previous talktalk user and can only see my old connection on my account.

The old username is linked to the old account id, as you have a new account number and ID you will have to use a new username, there is no way to remove the old customer ID, sorry.
The view bill issue has been an intermittent problem for the last 10 days, if you do the standard steps of clear cache/ cookies or try a different browser allowing pop ups the bill will appear.

They're having trouble with the display of bills this week anyway, @Brocily1, and a lot of people seem to find that their forum name becomes unusable when My Account has been changed etc.
Do you want to try to revert to Brocoly if it's possible? I ended up with Gliwmaeden2 many years ago, and haven't bothered to reclaim Gliwmaeden, but she can still be stumbled across now and then!
The main thing is to be able to access your bills properly, so we'll see what staff say in reply during the day.

Since the reset, I can no longer access my old account 'Brocily' hence the new name.
While I'm now in my account, I cannot access any bills or view my package. I just get an infinite loading screen.
I've tried multiple devices.

The old details will be removed by staff, @Brocily, and then you'll be able to register afresh.
They are on here Monday to Friday, daytime.
