Hello, I have broadband from you and last time the price change few time, could you let me know why, before Ipay 25 now is 33 this is near 40% more

When you come out of contract, @m-cichosz the price goes up to the headline amount. 

 

Check previous bills to see what previous discounts you had.

 

These stop when you come to the end of the contract  - some stop earlier, if you had a free or discounted boost it can be just for a few months or 18 months instead of 2 years of the full contract.

 

So check back on the details of several months.

 

There is also the increase in April (CPI + 2.7%) which would have been applied.

 

Even if your contract doesn't end just yet, if it ceases within this coming month, the out of contract price will affect the current bill.
