I have recently been switched to Talk Talk from my previous supplier Shell. I have never before had a problem with direct debits, however I have just received a text saying that my direct debit could not be collected despite plenty in my bank account. They also want to charge me £12.
Of course, Talk Talk cannot be contacted either by phone or web chat. Help please.

You don't actually "need" to pay, but TalkTalk are asking that you consider that in the meantime. It will help to stop you falling behind.

There have been issues with this, you shouldn't be charged. The support team here will pick this up as soon as they can.
