Good Morning
I now have an on going issue with Talktalk since the 20th November 2023.
Customer service has been dreadful.. I'm on my 3rd Executive Complaints Manager and he is now not responding to my emails regarding this issue.
What else can I do?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Just to let you know my call was scheduled between 2-4pm.
I have no doubt that I will not receive a call I have escalated this by live chat today as well as emailing.
As I'm replying to you they have 34 minutes to call.
Not good customer service when I am chasing people for answers.

Sorry that this is still ongoing.
The notes on the complaint indicate a call is being made today after 2pm
If you are note called today let me know and I can escalate it.

Forum staff can't usually intervene with the complaint process.
Did you also try simply phoning the Loyalty team as suggested?
