I lost internet connection on 24/06/2024, contacted your customer service, told me there was an error in talktalk system, that's why my service got disconneted. The only solution talktalk provided to me was to place a new order, so i did.
And I was promised a £150 bill credit, and £50 gift card for the trouble and signing a new contract.
Till now, I did not get any of these things they promised. Kept telling me that they need to listen the phone call to confirm this. But it has been ages. Each time calling them, had to explain this again and again, transfer me again and again.
I would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this company!!!!

You have an open complaint so we cant interfere on the community
A compliant manager who will have access to call recordings will call you to discuss this.
