I have tried twice to remove the Supersafe add-on from my account, as I don't use it and want to save the £5 per month it is costing me. I get an email confirmation each time saying it is being removed, but it's still there and I still have to keep paying for it. How can I get rid of it?!

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I am in the same situation.
Multiple calls to customer service.
Solution is that they are UNABLE to deactivate service, therefore I have been credited £6 a month for the reminder of my contract.
Its utterly ridiculous. No surprise that talk talk is on the brink of collapse.
