In common with many others, since Monday (16th ?) I can't connect to my work VPN via TalkTalk. Based on other threads, this issue can be solved with a router firmware update (or rollback ?) - is this the solution in all cases ?

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
