In common with many others, since Monday (16th ?) I can't connect to my work VPN via TalkTalk. Based on other threads, this issue can be solved with a router firmware update (or rollback ?) - is this the solution in all cases ?

My AnyConnect VPN is reported as version 5.1.4.74, and Protocol as IKEv2/IPsec NAT-T.
