Hi,

My contract just finished, I got the email that I can stay on the same contract (same £27 per month) now I just got an email that I have to pay £31!!!!

 

Can you please amend my bill to show the money I supposed to pay not some random uplift??

Hi blackhare

 

Your bill is £27 per month but you also had supersafe boost free for the length of your last contract, this discount has now expired so the boost is now chargeable at £4 per month.  making the total £31

 

If you do not use the boost it can be removed via My Account.
