Hi, not sure I'm in the right place. My router has just died, and I'm panicking about work on Monday. It won't turn on, I've tried everything. How can I get a new one sent out urgently please? Thanks

It says Sagemcom and FAST 5364 on the back. I've tried a pin hole reset, and even a spare power adaptor. It just won't turn on, no light, no nothing
