Return Kit Not Received

Hello,

 

I am still waiting for a return kit, it's been almost a month.

 

I called Customer Service to ask for the kit to be sent to the new address, but it still has not arrived.

 

There's no way to get in touch with Talk Talk Support as I'm currently abroad and am blocked from having a live chat due to my geo location.

I have requested another, its usually sent via royal mail so 3 days max

Put your NEW address in Private Notes, @karina1492 at the end of Personal Information. Also complete your Profile. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

You need to go via your avatar/name; settings etc.

 

Without this information, staff can't identify your account etc.
