As several previous posts, I returned my old equipment at the beginning of June and are still receiving emails asking me to return it before the 14th July or I will be billed £50. I have my proof of postage and the package was received and signed for on the 6th June so not sure why I’m still getting emails for the return of it. The tracking number is: DA540935685GB
Can this be looked into please

I will add the tracking number to your account and told the team responsible this should stop the charge being applied.
If it does appear please post back here and I will clear it.
