Hi,
I have also received the notification that my router is no longer supported by the manufacturer.
How do I get a new router ? I would rather this as soon as possible, rather than wait too long.
By coincidence, or not, my connection has kept dropping out over the last few days!
I have read the linked article about this subject, but it does not seem to give an indication of how to get the new router.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind Regards

Thanks @Chris-TalkTalk but I have already read that article, as I mentioned in my post.
My router has been playing up for a week or so, since I got the email, and internet has been patchy, so I was hoping I could get a new router asap.. Any help would be appreciated 😁.

Hi @Divsec
Thanks for the escalation - email came from
and I also got a letter through the post!
Regarding the router - sorry I am not at home at the moment, so can't check, but it will be old - I've been with TalkTalk since the Tiscali times!
Thanks again 😁

Hi @Fedup1232 your post has been escalated. Out of interest who sent the not supported message and which model router is it?
