Scam protection removal

Hi,

 

As we are having to work from home, Could i have my scam protection disabled in order to do this?

Just because you are working from home, do you actually need scam protection turned off?

yes, when i try to log in on Splashtop it comes up with a scam message, i used my mobile to tether and it logged on straight away, obviously i cant use my mobile all the time as it's using all my data.
