Hi All, if you can no longer send mail either using Webmail or another Mail Client. The first thing to do is to run a good quality Anti Virus and Malware scanner on all your internet connected devices. Once that's completed you must reset the password for the affected email account/s.
If you've done the above and still unable to send please start a new topic providing as much information as possible.

I have had many scam emails purporting to be from TalkTalk which I have sent to the TalkTalk phishing email address and also the government department. I had then deleted the scam email. Now I am blocked from sending emails on all devices.

There are various can't send issues around. Some are caused by an individuals device being compromised resulting in their mailbox being hacked. AntiVirus and Malware scans should be run to protect all internet connected devices from attack and clean any that already have been. These checks in conjunction with those that I run will help identify the cause of the problem. You would only be prevented from sending is the account is blocked and we only block accounts that are hacked or sending spam and again those are normally hacked.

May I ask why a virus or password issue is thought to be the issue?
If emails are delivered then can it be a password issue?
Could issues be that emails are not linked to an active TalkTalk account and the system does not know that an email is associated with TalkTalk, particularly if the email is attempted to be sent when not at home on a non-TalkTalk IP address?
