So I recently downgraded back to fibre 35 because fibre 65 was not working properly for me, my line had faults and I had speed issues. Now I've downgraded the issues have magically disappeared. Proof the fault was with fibre 65. Now all I need TT to do is updated my account because it's still saying my guaranteed speed is 39mpbs.

No I wasn't anywhere near my guaranteed speed because my sync speed was low. Then I found out my exchange box (MYUND) output speed is 20-40mbps. So fibre 65 is not available in my from my exchange. So I downgraded and no issues at all
