Hi my wifi hub black (DG8041W) has been down since yesterday

Hi I noticed my WiFi hub Black always had issues with the router often not showing light only flashing Amber when I turn it on. Yet I had no connection issues when the router has no light. There was similar issues last month and I talked to talktalm staff who open cased but they were unable to solve the route or replace now the issue has happened. Please help me solve it. I have also try to solve it with my talktalk account and opened an case but I can't press the option to talk to chat with staff since the button doesn't work.
