Hello, my internet keeps dropping while playing on my PS4, I experience lag and I'm unable to use voice chat due to a network error. My NAT type is showing as 2 how do I change it to open?
My bill recently went up but I'm thinking about changing providers if this keeps going on

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.
Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing to see how the connection compares?
