Renewed contract but no router delivered

Hi,
I renewed my contract but have not received my new router.

when I was renewing my contract it said I will get a new router with the new contract but I still haven't received it.
Is there a backlog or a problem with my order?

I'm really sorry for the delay.

 

I have ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Posts are answered oldest first, so every time you add to it it becomes "new".

 

As you posted at the weekend it would have been in the queue, forum support is Monday-Friday.

 

The call centre and Live Chat were also available all day yesterday.

My router has been playing up.
That's why I wanted a new one with my new contract.
Hopefully I get a new one and the speed I'm paying for.

Strangely, they almost always seem to say this in the advertising,  @Matty3uk, but I don't think I have ever been sent a new router other than when I first joined and whenever there have been consistently poorer speeds. Not quite sure why they mention it therefore.....I'm happy with just getting a replacement when needed, and it's probably kinder to the planet this way!
