I have just changed my contract to Fibre35 as my contract was due to expire, my Download Speed has fallen dramatically, the upload used to be 35plus before I changed to Fibre35, since I checked last night, it has gone down to below 5!, I have taken these Speed checks this morning the Download Speed are as follows:
10/05/21 9am : Download 8.6 Upload 5.3
9.02am: 13.8 Upload 5.4
9.03am 26.0 Upload 5.4
9.04am 3.00 upload 4.2
9.05am 0.2 upload 5.3
The time from pressing remote control, to actually changing channels or stop recording etc is very very slow! Why has my speed dropped????

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the line is in sync at 35.4mb. Upload sync speed is 7.6mb.
Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test?
