Unable to use a custom dns on the router

Hi there, last year an automatic update on the router version messed up the ability to use a custom ipv4 dns configuration. The same issue has happened again last month, I'm unable to use my local dns sync in version SG4K100158.

Similarly to last time, would a patched version be pushed to my router please?

Best regards,

Nelson

Hi

as Ferguson advises, check the firewall is set to medium. If it is, try a factory reset of the router,

Thanks

Karl.

This may be a glitch with the update. Check the firewall setting in your router: if it is set to High that is wrong; change it to Medium and see if that helps.
