Hello,
I have just joined Talktalk and had the broadband device delivered yesterday. I did not realize this till yesterday, but it seems that I had provided the wrong address when sorting out the broadband deal. The address is only a minute's walk from my address, but the postcode is incorrect. The delivery driver helped me understand this.
The issue now is that I have an engineer coming tomorrow to set up the broadband. They will go to the wrong address. I am also wondering if the evaluation on the property is now invalid, meaning, can they still go for the installation if I had provided the wrong address, or will the order have to be canceled?

You will need to call us ASAP, the order will have to be stopped and re-ordered.
The engineer may do work and cut off the people in the other address.
