Hi 👋 I attempted to cancel my order and switch last week via TalkTalk live chat, but it still hasn't been cancelled and I'm due to go live with TalkTalk on Thursday from Sky. However, I want to stay with Sky. Sky can't stop the switch and TalkTalk aren't helping me. Can this be escalated so my order & switch gets cancelled promptly? Thanks.

Try phoning 03451 720088 and speak to the cancellation team [they may be under the guise of Retentions / Loyalty etc and may try to keep you....] as they are authorised to cancel services, @Anonymous.
Chat needs to call back as they don't have the authorisation to do it via Chat, so if you haven't had a call it's not been processed.
Forum staff are also not authorised but can check that it's gone through once done.
Try them after 9am - you will need to work through options to reach a human. Don't let them send you just another Chat link or WhatsApp etc.
