Hello,
As of 12:31 23/08/23 My Modem has been showing a solid red LOS light. as well as a solid red light on the EERO 6. I currently have no internet connection or wifi via this.
I've tried turning off/on and hard resets to no avail.
Feel like engineer visit is the next step. How do I make this happen?
