So I have had no internet since 02/08/2024 (13days). On 03/08/2024 I logged into my talk talk account and checked my internet connection to which it reported an issue and opened a case file. I have since logged in multiply times to find no updates and therefore opened the live chat feature to sit and waste my time to be told an engineer had been booked he is coming on this day multiply times and then nothing. No fix, no update nothing. I’ve been told on live chat that 71 customers have been affected by this issue. So I’m assuming there would be 71 unhappy customers if they have all been left in the dark with no information or updates as I have been.
Can someone please email or call me so I can get an update on this situation please.

Fault is still in progress and this has been allocated today to a specialist engineer. As this is related to an outage affecting a number of customers across different providers, we can check with Openreach for a progress update after the weekend.

Hello again,
We've received an update to advise that the fault has been issued to an engineer today and they are currently investigating. We'll re-check again first thing in the morning for an additional update for you.

Good morning,
I'm really sorry to hear this. I can see that the fault has been assigned to an incident which Openreach are currently investigating. The latest update is that an update is due from Openreach today so I'll check the fault ticket again later on this afternoon.

I've removed the account number and phone number from public display, @loynzey .
These should only be stored in the profile area, where staff can see them, not all the rest of us....!
