Hi, since upgrading to full fibre I have had nothing but problems. Now my daughters playstation won't connect to the WiFi which is obvs the end of the world 🙈
I've seen a few people having the same issue but nothing to resolve it, anyone got any ideas please?
I've already changed the home safe settings on the eero app

The Eero does not have a pin hole reset and is done through an app.

I had a similar problem a few months back. You could try and reset your router by using a pin in the reset hole for about 10 seconds That fixed the problem for me. Warning though if you have changed your password it will reset it back to default
