Returns bag not received

I've cancelled my services with a cancellation date of 11 September but still have not received a returns bag to either my new address or my old address. How do I get a returns bag so I'm not fined?

Complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account and they'll send you the bags. How many do you need, @Haddi?

 

Go via your avatar, settings, drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find SAVE CHANGES.
