Received my Eero 6, the connections are pretty simple so cannot get it wrong. Ethernet cable from the Future Fibre box on the wall is connected to the Eero 6. Downloaded the Eero 6 app, created an account and started setup.
- Start setup.
- Looking for Gateway, Eero 6 is blinking blue, finds it OK.
- I enter a WiFi access point name and password.
- It starts the setup process, hangs for ages and then states to contact customer support.
Tried all of the help videos and articles but no change.
Anyone else had similar issues?
