My elderly parents’ landline is not working. No dial tone and incoming calls go straight to voicemail but they can’t access it.
They have no mobile phones so I need to get this fixed urgently.
I’ve checked all the initial possibilities like the wall sockets and handsets etc.
Can someone help? Thanks.

Can you add your parents landline number to the private notes section of your 'Community Profile' and I'll pick this up and test the line for any faults.
