Broadband is fine, but can't use landline. Get the message that says you have looked into it, but can't ID the problem. Then we get link to bot that doesn't understand response.
Please could you get Openreach to look into this? Thank you.

Openreach have now closed the fault as resolved - Fault was at the cabinet.
Is everything working ok now?

The fault has been assigned to a line engineer this morning, we should hopefully have additional updates later this afternoon.

This fault is still with the Openreach line engineers, there are no additional updates at the moment.
