Fortnight ago lost all my channels except the BBC ones..and even then I only got 1 and 2 and then 9 and 29 then up in the 200s.. it keeps deleting my recorded programmes and scheduled recordings..

I've reset the box twice already... Last week reset it back to default ,got them back but had to sign in again to all the player services such as itvx all4 and my5.. iPlayer wouldn't let me re-sign in...

And guess what..it's just failed again.. previously was told issue would be raised with Netgem..I've not heard a word off anyone..

Good thing I'm out of contract.. will be looking into going elsewhere I think..

Hi

You could try the new TV Hub.  TalkTalk is phasing out the Netgem box and no longer provides any recording box.  The later boxes are streaming only.

Thanks

Karl.

Was hoping the new box would help.. it did until this evening...

Have lost all my scheduled recordings yet again.. not happy at all...

It's about time this was fixed properly..  Judging from all the posts I've seen regarding the issue of missing channels and lost recordings there's obviously something wrong with the system ..

We're paying money to be able  to record programmes and it's just not reliable any more..

Surely it can't be that difficult to fix once and for all...

Hi

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

Thanks

Karl

I have the same problems. Only BBC channels, then re-scan the box for channels, it says that there are now 300 or so channels  but when I click complete channels and select my region there are only 42 channels available.

Hi

If this is still not working, we could swap out the box, would you like to try that.

Karl.
