Hi,
I cancelled my account via telephone on the 21st February. I was promised that that this would all go through in 30 days time. On March 21st my service did indeed stop and my account shows that I am disconnected. All good so far.
However my account also shows that I will be issued a new bill on 28th March, and the contract is still due to end in August 2024.
Can someone confirm the following two points:
1) That the account will close correctly and that I will not have to pay a bill on 28th March, or any further bills?
2) That my fibre line been released back to Cityfibre?
I was also told I would be sent a returns bag for the Eero, but this hasn't appeared yet.

Your account is cancelled as of 22, March, A bill will be issued on the 28th which will be your final zero balance bill, the line will have been released by now.

I think your dates are wrong, it's only the 24th March today.
When did your service actually terminate ?
