Migration from Shell Broadband

Hi, I called Shell Broadband and indicated that I did not agree to the transfer of my broadband to Talk-Talk and repudiated my contract with Shell Broadband on such grounds. I am therefore confused as to why this has happened. Please confirm that you will terminate the contract with immediate effect and refund whatever funds were taken in advance.

Have you ordered a service from another provider?
Your contract status was carried over from Shell, who did inform you of the takeover, if you are still in contract the disconnection fees are applicable.

Forum staff cannot process cancellations, and Chat requires you to pick up a call as they cannot process this without the phone agents for some reason, @billgarrett_se.
So call 03451 720088 to put through the cancellation. Normally it requires 30 days' notice.

However it sounds like you have a bone to pick with Shell, so contact their customer service team anyway too.
