Enable Thinkbroadband BQM monitor on TalkTalk DG8041 (Wi-Fi Hub Black?)

Hi

I am trying to enable thinkbroadband bqm. It a good tool to understand the running of the broadband.

I have tried disabling as much of the firewall as possible but the bqm cannot still ping my connection. I have also unchecked all ICMP options

Has anyone successfully enabled a bqm monitor on a talktalk router wifi hub black (Huawei  EchoLife DG8041W Home Gateway)
