Firmware needs updating/new router needed

Hi,

The Internet goes down fairly frequently and I usually have to reset the router. It also doesn't load pages once I'm connected to a VPN.

How can I update my router firmware? It says it was last updated in 2018. Or is it that I need a new router? 

Current firmware: v1.10t
Router: DSL-3782

I've ordered the replacement router for you, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Your router is old, I will ask TalkTalk to replace it for you.


They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
