I have spent 4 days and over 4 hours trying to get your online BOT to put me through to someone. Line tests and connectivity tests show problems yet I can’t get hold of anyone. Your phone lines shut at 5 so if you work you’re disadvantaged then online help is till 9 but you can’t get post the Bot. I can’t reset my box anymore than I have I need to talk to a human please!!!!!
I’ve been with you years but now considering leaving hope faster more reliable service!
