I can access the internet, but when I login into the router to configure my wifi setting etc, the router locks up.
only option is to reboot. this router is from my contract from 36 months ago. can you send me a replacement.

Thanks for the update, yes you may see some improvement in speed over the next few days if the connection remains stable with a low error count

Yes and just set it up around 10mins ago
the router works now as expected, and the configuration menus nagivate much better, initial speed downstream is reporting around 29.5mbps lower than my old HG635, will this increase shortly?

Reset back to Factory setting, router isn't working correctly, very slow to apply my settings, and unable to nagivate properly through the advanced settings
to setup my port forwarding. Router is toast.
Please can you send me a replacement.

@ronniebalfour, I'll move this to Broadband (from previous posts you are not on Full Fibre?).
Staff will let you know whether replacement of the router is necessary.
They'll be back on here Thursday / Friday.
