Authentication error fibre

First Timer

Hi I have had no broadband since Thursday 20th am. I have contacted tech team via chat every day. I have had a different answer everytime.  I am now being told it is bt openreach carrying out maintenance. However I am being lied to all over the place. I am being told talk talk do not know how long it is going to take. I am in mk42 Bedford. Is any body else going through this? Thanks
